Having also been the remodeling and construction supervisor for dozens of custom properties — some of them for our own firm, some for clients and employers — I have developed a keen understanding of the interaction of location, cap rates, market factors, construction quality and lease characteristics on the current and future valuation of commercial & industrial properties.

On the residential side, I strive to fully understand our clients’ complete situation so I can provide them with unbiased advice in achieving their home real estate goals. I also assist clients’ families evaluate long-term care solutions, which often involve real estate considerations.
